The Encino Velodrome is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, overseen and managed by a board of unpaid volunteers, whose mission is to develop and implement education and support for the sport of velodrome bicycle racing. All cash donations made to the organization are tax deductible (donations in excess of $250 will be issued supporting documentation for tax purposes). 100% of all donations go directly to support the cause(s) directed by the donor.
Where it goes
The velodrome has identified several current projects that need immediate attention, including upgrading and adding solar-powered track lighting, track maintenance and repair, and a complete track rebuild (a long-term project). When making a donation, please choose the project you would like to support. If you prefer, you may also donate to the general fund, allowing the board to decide how best to use your donation.
Race title sponsorships are available. As title sponsor of a race night or a series, your club or company's name and logo go on the flyers, the results and this website. Ask the board.
